Crosby, a legal consultant at the Global Negotiation Academy, a
negotiation skills training and consulting firm based in Cape Town,
South Africa, has had a number of years of practical experience
as legal adviser and participant in a variety of negotiations.
After having obtained a law degree from the University of Pretoria,
she was admitted as an attorney in 1992 and subsequently received
a Masters in Constitutional Law, whilst spending a two year term
lecturing at the university.
She gained wide experience in the legal aspects of negotiation during
her eight-year period as legal adviser to Agri SA (the representative
and lobbying organisation for commercial farmers in South Africa)
where she participated in numerous negotiations with government
and various other organisations of behalf of the farmers. She has
also specialised in land reform law.
Her experience was further broadened when, in 2003, she became a
member of the Corporate Division of MacRobert Inc, for whom
she still acts as a consultant.
Annalize relocated to Cape Town in 2004 since which time she has
had her own consultancy.
