Erika Zanellato

Erika is a pianist with a background in Law, currently studying at the University of Ferrara. Having participated in several negotiation competitions, she has developed a strong interest in mediation and negotiation and is currently a mediation coach for her university team. She is passionate about the role of cultural exchange in bringing people together and she studied law at the University of Malta and the University of Graz (Austria), where she took courses in advanced negotiation and legal communication, as well as international law. She attended the Global Negotiation Conference 2022 as a participant and supported the IGN as a Project Fellow ever since. Her additional interests include diverse cultures, inclusion, cross-cultural and win-win negotiations, conflict resolution, as well as sports, travel, and more.
