Abraham Selby is an Information Technology Specialist, Web Developer, and Technical Training Expert with over 13 years of professional experience in the IT and digital governance space. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in ICT from CAUC Ghana and a Master’s in Public Administration from University College London’s School of Public Policy in the UK. His career spans web development and website management, technical capacity building, Policy Analysis and deep engagement in Internet Governance, where he supports multi-stakeholder dialogue, research, and policy initiatives that drive inclusive digital transformation.
He is passionate about leveraging technology to advance equitable digital access, shape forward-thinking public policy, and empower communities through education, innovation, and governance participation.
He joined the IGN Team in January 2026 as a Communications Officer with a focus on Website Management.
