Alexandra Pintilie

Currently, she is writing her thesis regarding user engagement and data collection in a novel eHealth project for monitoring canine welfare. While a STEM student, she has a strong interest in understanding how humans interact, either with technology and among themselves, and what exactly stimulates intrinsic motivation in people. These interests translated into a passion for negotiations, especially collaborative negotiation styles and high-level negotiations with a humanitarian purpose.

Alexandra participated in the Global Negotiation Conference in 2021 and she returned as a team coach in the 2022 edition.
