Karoline Möller

Project Fellow

Karoline holds a Master‘s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from Philipps-University Marburg and a Bachelor‘s degree in International Cultural and Business Studies from University Passau. Her academic focus is at the intersection of art and conflict resolution. For the IGN, she is Project Coordinator for the IGN e-Conference 2025.
Now a Project Manager with CS Science Communication in Germany, Karoline previously interned at the Permanent Mission of Germany to the United Nations in New York City, organizing a lunch workshop and presenting her thesis on the role of dance in conflict resolution. By bringing together policy makers in the field of conflict resolution and the professional dance community, Karoline aims to explore the potential for collaboration and mutural learning between these two fields. Additionally, Karoline hosted the session on Artistic Insights in Peacebuilding of the IGN e-conference 2024.
Besides dance, Karoline has a great passion for mediation and negotiation. After participating in the Global Negotiation Conference 2023, she has joined the IGN.
