As a Civil Engineer passionate about digital construction and project management, Vinicius is dedicated to revolutionizing the industry through innovative and efficient practices. His academic journey and practical experiences equipped him with a strong foundation in engineering principles. Beyond traditional engineering roles, he has excelled in business negotiation and contract management, achieving top placements in competitions and sharing his knowledge through teaching.
Currently, he is contributing to an underground mapping project with the municipality of Hengelo, applying his technical and management skills to real-world challenges. His professional goal is to blend his negotiation abilities with engineering expertise, solving problems not only through logical and mathematical solutions but also by ensuring that all stakeholders are heard and valued. Civil engineering, to him, signifies creating solutions for civilization with a holistic, human-centered approach.
